We want you to love your Club L London purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and security ribbons still attached.

Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the parcel is securely sealed.
Ship the Parcel
Download your prepaid return label or QR code from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
